Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Salesperson to join our team. This role is focused on driving sales in the events industry, targeting event caterers, planners, and industry professionals involved in birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and more. The ideal candidate will be adept at conducting outbound sales calls, managing a CRM, generating leads, and developing sales pitches. Additionally, the Salesperson will handle incoming messages and direct them to the Customer Service Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, including event caterers, wedding planners, and other professionals in the events space.
  • CRM Management: Build and maintain a robust CRM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads and convert them into clients.
  • Lead Management: Perform cold calls and follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales deals.
  • Incoming Inquiries: Manage and direct incoming sales inquiries to the Customer Service (CS) team for follow-up and support.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including call metrics, lead conversion rates, and sales pipeline status.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as phone, email, social media, and networking events.
  • Sales Pitches: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Targets and KPIs: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales Skills: Cold calling, lead generation, and sales pitch development.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficient in CRM management and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Customer Relationships: Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and generate reports on sales performance.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with specific CRM tools (training available for those with general CRM experience).
  • Knowledge of our product lines (training available).
  • High level of English Proficiency.
