Job Summary
We're seeking a Returns Specialist with expertise in Amazon Seller Central and FBA logistics to manage returns, secure credit for defective units, and communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams. This role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of driving process improvements and handling additional duties as needed.
Job Description:
- Perform operations in the returns area.
- Follow-up on all outstanding returns to ensure their timely return to Suppliers/brands.
- Get the credit memo against the defective units.
- Generate shipping labels for the return’s shipment (UPS and FedEx).
- Get a replacement from the brands, and claim a warranty.
- Communicate with Brands, suppliers/vendors, and internal teams.
- Should be able to perform tasks on Amazon Seller Central.
- Knowledge about Amazon FBA logistics is required.
- Communicate with Amazon customer support and follow up on cases.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements.
- Must be able to perform any other duties asked by a supervisor or team lead.
Requires Skills:
- At least 2 years of returns experience.
- Experience with Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Fluency in English (read, write, speak).
