FIG Revenue Operations Analyst
Description
The FIG Revenue Operations Analyst supports critical Financial Institutions Group (FIG) functions in partnership with FIG Management and FIG Teams (Balance Sheet Strategy + Investment Banking). Reporting to the FIG Revenue Operations Associate and liaising with FIG Management, FIG team members, Business Intelligence, and other firm resources, the FIG Revenue Operations Analyst efficiently internalizes, executes, and improves business processes while contributing to creative solutions to enhance client, team, and firm results. The role demands a rigorous systems thinking and organizational mindset and ability to operate as a “generalist specialist” – pivoting and delivering effectively across numerous functions and projects. The FIG Revenue Operations Analyst will gain exposure to many aspects of business development, management, and execution, with diverse opportunity for professional development.
Duties:
- Report to the FIG Revenue Operations Associate, who reports directly to the Head of Financial Institutions Group (FIG).
- Assist in delivering critical FIG functions, including:
- Commission and compensation systems and processes (and related reporting).
- Account management and allocation.
- CRM adoption and best practices.
- Business Intelligence and data-driven insights and best practices.
- Ad hoc team, client, and management requests and projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of FIG processes, including:
- Business data capture, interpretation, and reporting (e.g. expanded Business Intelligence reporting and PowerBI dashboards).
- Team and business development, accountability, and results (e.g. account allocation, sales/marketing/education strategies, best practices, and LookBack initiatives).
- Expanded CRM functionality, adoption, capabilities, and outputs.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to ad hoc requests from management & teams.
- Coordinate amongst teams, department leadership, and other departments to accelerate FIG and firm objectives.
