ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Revenue Strategy and Operations team works closely with our sales leaders to identify opportunities and build plans to capture value. Our work is cross-functional and at the heart of the company's revenue generation engine. Our work ranges from strategic planning to tactical initiative planning and execution.
The Revenue Strategy and Operations Analyst provides the most reliable business data to support processes and strategic decision-making. Working under the supervision of the Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy and Operations, this role is responsible for completing the day-to-day activities that ensure the accuracy of critical customer data, including but not limited to account data, territory information, and product information.
This role reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing account updates and account creation requests
- Performing regularly scheduled audits, data quality checks, and cleanup activities
- Working with your manager to perform root cause analysis to determine the nature of data errors
- Preparing reports and dashboards in Salesforce to measure data quality and track trends
- Contributing ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes, and procedures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as CRM, Operations, and Team Revenue, to identify solutions
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and commitment to processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Experience in Salesforce Report and Dashboard creation
- Excel and Google Sheets expertise are strongly preferred
- Proficient in Excel, G-Suite, Salesforce, and Slack
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position which is not inclusive of bonuses, benefits or other forms of compensation that the position may be eligible for. If you are hired at Cars Commerce, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills and/or experience.
