Inviting applications for the role of RTR Lead Accountant –Assistant Manager – English-Remote Slovakia
The Lead Accountant (Treasury Operation Analyst) , reporting directly to the Supervisor within Finance RTR Department, will be responsible for the Treasury Back and Middle office activities for group entities. The role requires to supervise treasury activities with a view to centralized management combined with an ability to execute improvement plans. The role will be a key advisor on cash management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain I/C Loan, the cash pooling structures and pooling limits
• Continuously improve efficiency and seek cost savings in all Treasury activities
• Display initiative and willingness to challenge existing approaches to work practices and existing ways of doing things.
• Work cross-functionally to improve information sharing.
• Preparing and presenting regular treasury reports.
• Suggest and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Central cash management support
• E-banking admin
• Completion of ad hoc projects;
• Supervise Master data, EBS and bank connectivity management;
• Improving the daily cash management process;
• assist the stakeholders to identify issues and providing appropriate solution;
• Supervise the functionality and controls established within the TMS.
• Ensuring the compliance with all financial and legal regulations.
• Timely confirm and settlement of treasury transactions;
• Ensure compliance with Group controls, policies and procedures.
• Liaise with Group subsidiaries worldwide to facilitate treasury operations, treasury projects and ad-hoc transactions (Loan, recapitalization, …).
• Banking documentation management (KYC, bank account opening and closure,...)
• Oversee the maintenance of the Group’s bank mandates
• Ensure the correct distribution from the TMS of the monthly intercompany statements to all the In-House Banks' counterparties
• Official provider of information to the In-House Banks' Accounting departments
• Support and ensure the correct processing of all In House bank services, like Intercompany settlements, POBO and Internal financial transaction
• Monitoring and management of Intercompany accounts
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Business education degree or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting
• C1 level of English is must, local language(s) might be required
• Strong process knowledge in relevant area
• Strong reporting overview
- MS-Office (MS Excel – advanced – tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint),
