    About this role

    Description

Dragonfli Group is a cybersecurity and IT consulting firm providing services to federal agencies and Fortune 100 enterprises. Headquartered in Washington, DC, Dragonfli supports clients in securing mission-critical systems across on-site, hybrid, and fully remote environments.

We're looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) professional who thrives on both operational support and hands-on development. In this role, you'll keep a client's SailPoint IIQ environment running smoothly: resolving errors in joiner/mover/leaver processes, supporting the out-of-the-box reporting module, and maintaining certification and access review workflows. Just as important, you'll bring real development skills to the table, picking up previously paused work on SailPoint's ServiceNow connector (Service Catalog) and driving it forward. We're seeking a candidate with several years of hands-on IAM experience and a demonstrated ability to both support and extend a SailPoint IIQ environment.

This is a contract position involving a large commercial enterprise in the energy and utility sector. Candidates with previous consulting or contracting experience are preferred. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required. If hired, all work related to this role must be performed within the continental U.S.

    Responsibilities:

    • Configure, support, and troubleshoot SailPoint IdentityIQ's out-of-the-box reporting module

    • Diagnose and resolve errors within SailPoint IIQ's joiner/mover/leaver (JML) events and processes

    • Support and maintain SailPoint IIQ's certification and access review module

    • Develop and extend SailPoint's ServiceNow connector (Service Catalog), including resuming previously paused development work

    • Partner with client stakeholders to prioritize and deliver ongoing SailPoint support and development initiatives

    • Document configuration changes, troubleshooting steps, and development work for knowledge continuity

    Requirements

    Must-Have:

    • U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent residency; ability to perform all work within the continental United States

    • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, or configuring SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

    • Demonstrated development experience with SailPoint's ServiceNow connector (Service Catalog integration)

    • Experience troubleshooting joiner/mover/leaver (JML) provisioning errors within an IAM platform

    • Experience supporting certification and access review campaigns within an identity governance platform

    • Willingness and ability to complete a background check and, if required, a Public Trust suitability determination

    Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

    • SailPoint IdentityIQ certification (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer)

    • Experience with Java, BeanShell, or custom connector development within SailPoint

    • Prior consulting or staff augmentation experience

    • Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM beyond the Service Catalog module

    • Experience in the energy or utilities sector

    Skill(s)

    Technical Skills:

    • SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) configuration and administration

    • Identity governance and administration (IGA) concepts

    • ServiceNow development and integration (Service Catalog)

    • Java / BeanShell scripting

    • Joiner/mover/leaver (JML) lifecycle management

    • Access certification and compliance reporting

    Soft Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication with client stakeholders

    • Self-directed problem-solving and troubleshooting

    • Ability to pick up and continue previously started technical work

    • Collaborative, team-oriented approach to consulting engagements

    Benefits

Medical - Multiple POS health plan options including an HSA-compatible plan
