The role
At Printify, we prioritize building strong relationships with businesses in the e-commerce space. We empower our Sales team members to become trusted advisors, identifying ideal customers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. To join our growing team, we're seeking a results-oriented Sales Development Representative with a passion for prospecting and qualifying leads.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for businesses with e-commerce aspirations and established e-commerce businesses. You'll play a key role in identifying high-growth potential customers and sparking their interest in our solutions. Through insightful conversations, you'll uncover their needs and challenges, and effectively qualify them for our team. Your success will pave the way for building strong, long-term relationships with these valuable customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns, including emails and calls, to identify and engage with relevant leads.
  • Lead and participate in high-volume outreach efforts through calls, emails, social media, and other channels to qualify leads.
  • Engage with prospects and clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, and provide them with tailored commerce solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the prospects' business and buying cycle to tailor your communication effectively.
  • Highlight and articulate the company's value proposition to generate curiosity and interest among potential customers.
  • Book and schedule demos and meetings with qualified prospects to further the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of daily activities and interactions with leads in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide valuable insights and support in accelerating the sales cycle.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism, establishing a positive image and building strong relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving lead-generation targets.
  • A passion for technology and eCommerce.
  • Proficient in using various lead generation tools and CRMs.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage a full workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Availability to work on evening shifts.
  • Excellent time management skills to meet daily/weekly outreach and lead qualification targets.
  • Prior experience in the software and/or technology industry would be considered an advantage.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and results-oriented attitude.

We value transparency and strive to offer competitive compensation packages based on fair and equitable principles. The remuneration for this role ranges from €1700 to €2000 gross per month + variable pay of €1,200 at 100% attainment (uncapped), based on your qualifications, experience, and skills. Please note, that we consider a holistic assessment of each applicant and are open to discussions regarding compensation that aligns with exceptional qualifications and demonstrated value.
