Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR at AbleSpace, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, doing cold outreach, responding to inquiries, and engaging with potential clients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly energetic, and possesses strong communication skills. This role offers a unique opportunity for career advancement in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Role & Responsibilities:
● Make cold calls to potential customers and generate sales qualified leads
● Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries about AbleSpace's caseload management tool.
● Create a positive and lasting impression on prospects and customers, delivering a world-class experience.
● Develop in-depth knowledge of AbleSpace's products and services to effectively convey value propositions.
● Proactively engage with leads through creative follow-up communications to increase interest in AbleSpace.
● Drive customer participation in webinars, events, and conferences.
● Achieve monthly quotas of qualified and sales-accepted opportunities.
● Collaborate effectively within the Sales Development team and across the organization.
● Working the US clientele, required to work the night shift.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Minimum qualification: Graduate. Master's degree in Sales & Marketing strongly preferred.
● 1-6 years of corporate sales experience (Software sales experience is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:
● Prior experience in inside sales.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Experience working with metrics and achieving targets.
● Strong multitasking and time management skills.
● Effective problem-solving abilities.
● High energy and a positive attitude.
● Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
