Job Description

  • Cold calling into new potential customers from inbound and outbound sources
  • Manage outbound email marketing campaigns
  • Nurture a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
  • Enhance engagement of potential customers using sales engagement tools and social media
  • Work with Sales and Marketing departments to successfully develop and implement new outbound strategies and cold calling techniques
  • Research new companies and prospects

Requirements

  • Advanced, business-level English proficiency
  • Experience in sales, business development, customer success, or customer service, preferably with an internet or SaaS company
  • Experience with cold calling and email marketing
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Detailed and goal-oriented (you hate missing deadlines)
  • Strong business acumen with a knack for learning things quickly
  • Full-time availability, standard US business hours
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software, a plus
