About the Role:

INGENIOUS.BUILD is looking for a Sales Engineer to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships. The main objective of a Sales Engineer with INGENIOUS.BUILD is to connect and communicate our products and solutions for consumers worldwide.

If you have a background as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or similar professional with proven experience in the AEC Industry, you could be a great fit! INGENIOUS.BUILD’s culture is made up of proactive, and detail-oriented individuals that strive to improve the construction industry.

In this position, you will:

  • Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations through virtual product demonstrations

  • Become an INGENIOUS.BUILD product expert to understand the ins and outs of the platform

  • Work with the Account Executive team to illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities

  • Work cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Product, and Sales team to compile and analyze data to identify trends and create value for the overall organization

  • Provide relevant feedback for our product design team to drive new features in development

  • Consult clients on best practices to adopt within their businesses

  • Proactively report and monitor bugs within the system

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2 + years of experience in a solutions engineer role, project management, or similar role within the Real Estate and Construction Industry.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while tailoring demos to specific business needs

  • A background with a General Contractor, Owner's Rep, Developer, or Solutions Engineer of a Construction Technology solution would be preferred

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software, with an aptitude to learn systems

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

  • Start-up experience preferred but not required

The compensation range for this position is quite broad, and we in good faith believe it to be anywhere between $90,000 to $110,000; provided, however, that we may ultimately pay more or less than this range depending upon skill set, location, and market fluctuation
