This is a remote position.
- Conduct market research and communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, or in person daily.
- Communicate with the team daily to align outcomes and goals.
- Generate leads for new clients and follow up with current clients.
- Achieve measurable results for monthly and weekly sales goals.
- Innovatively address client inquiries and prepare for potential questions.
- Set up meetings and prepare follow-up plans in advance.
- Maintain constant communication with the CEO to enhance marketing strategies and innovation.
- Deliver powerful sales presentations with a high closing ratio for coaching packages.
- Sell one-on-one training packages and corporate coaching packages to both local and international clients.
Requirements
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
- EXCELLENT rapport-building skills.
- Great sense of humor and charisma.
- Proficiency in English.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing and sales.
- Understanding of the personal development and coaching industry.
Note: This position is virtual. You can apply from anywhere in the world and work from home. Or if you are based in Dubai, you have the option to work at an office. Whichever is more convenient, as long as you produce results.
