Responsibilities
- Establish and optimize the sales pipeline on digital stores for our portfolio of games.
- Lead a team of three consisting of a market analyst, business development manager and E-Commerce Manager.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with our digital distribution partners.
- Work closely with our development, communications and commercial teams to ensure a sound and well coordinated sales strategy.
- Drive the strategy for promotional sales and work closely with our data team to identify the best timing and pricing for the release of new content.
- Ensure the timely delivery of marketing assets and promotional materials to our distribution partner and manage the storefront.
- Constantly monitor the performance of our digital sales activities and adjust the strategy accordingly.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in digital sales within the gaming industry.
- Excellent knowledge of digital distribution platforms.
- First leadership experience would be a benefit.
- Passion for games and strong knowledge of the games industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with a strong desire for growing a business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English language skills.
