    From consulting on digitalization projects to implementing modern service portals, specialized applications, and apps. As a Sales Manager for Private Health Insurance (all genders), you will independently support our target customers in the private health insurance sector and be responsible for the strategic design and implementation of sales activities for ]init[’s services[. You will actively drive the expansion of our market position in the private health insurance sector and develop sustainable customer relationships in a highly competitive environment.

    What you’ll be doing

    • You will independently support our target clients in the private health insurance sector and strategically develop existing customer relationships

    • You will independently identify new market and business opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies based on them, and actively acquire new clients—from the initial contact through to closing the deal

    • You will build your sales pipeline in a structured manner, manage it based on data, and guide opportunities through the entire sales process in a targeted way

    • You will conduct client meetings independently, analyze needs, and present tailored solutions at the decision-maker level

    • You will create proposals and proposal presentations in close collaboration with our delivery team and support economically sound pricing

    • You will contribute to the expansion of existing customer contracts and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities

    • You continuously monitor the market, relevant technologies, and competitors, and use these insights to drive our sales activities

    • You represent ]init[ at industry events, trade shows, and conferences and actively expand your network

    • You will work closely with internal stakeholders and support sales and marketing activities

    What you bring to the table

    • You have a deep passion and enthusiasm for digitalization and transformation

    • You have experience in sales, consulting, or an agency setting, ideally in the insurance or healthcare sector

    • You have a good understanding of the private health insurance market

    • You have a strong affinity for IT and are interested in digital solutions and technologies

    • You impress with a confident demeanor, a high degree of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication skills, and a keen sense of customer needs

    • Experience with CRM systems and a structured, goal-oriented approach to work round out your profile

    • Very good written and spoken German

    • An existing network in the private health insurance sector is an advantage and will facilitate your access to relevant market players What we offer you
