The Sales Operations Finance Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process and monitoring key performance indicators to enable the growth of the organization. There will be four key areas in which the Sales Operations Finance Manager will support the Physician Sales team: establishing and tracking sales and revenue goals; lead incentive program management; application integration and
automation; and support of the daily operations of the team. In this role, the Sales Operations Finance Manager will be a strong team player and multitasker working closely with the Sr VP of Finance and the regional sales teams.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop reports to track weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to establish sales targets and KPIs utilizing existing business scorecards and business intelligence dashboards. Continuous evolution of all reports will be necessary to ensure automation and integration into other applications used across the business.
- Develop KPIs, utilization reports, and routing tools to maximize the effectiveness of the team to achieve established sales targets.
- Optimize Market Analytics platforms (Trilliant Health, Definitive Health) to help identify high potential sales targets and partners, understand market share and opportunity, and contribute to annual sales forecasting and budgeting process.
- Develop infrastructure and reporting to track internal commission and incentive programs based on budget vs. actuals and ensure timely payments to sales team members.
- Collaborate with VP of Physician Sales and marketing to establish reporting and dashboards to track the effectiveness of B2B marketing campaigns directed at healthcare professionals
- Participate in Month End close analysis and reconciliation for the broader Fixed Radiology division
- Develop ROI analysis with Operations leadership to evaluate expansion of new business opportunities
- Conduct analysis to forecast potential new business opportunities, providing strategic insights to drive growth and profitability
- Identify and assess risks and opportunities within the financial landscape, developing innovative strategies to optimize business operations and enhance financial performance
- Other duties as assigned by management
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Statistics
- Extreme proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organization skills and excellent oral presentation and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred:
- Master's Degree
- Tableau and/or similar business intelligence platforms (Power BI, Domo, etc.)
- Healthcare-specific market analytics platforms (Definitive Health, Trilliant Health, etc.)
- Proven experience (3+) in finance or related role within the healthcare industry
- Knowledge of GAAP Accounting, healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards is preferred
