Your Role
As our Sales Operations Intern, you'll dive head-first into the heart of Sales Operations, where your work will be seen and felt. From day one, you'll be immersed in a comprehensive learning experience that will equip you with the essential skills needed for success in our dynamic team. Your initial focus will include:
CRM Mastery: Begin your journey with us by diving deep into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You'll learn how to navigate the interface, input and track customer interactions, and utilize the CRM to support sales and customer service efforts effectively.
Productivity Software Proficiency: Get up to speed with our suite of productivity tools. Whether it's project management software, communication platforms, or data analysis tools, you'll gain hands-on experience that will enhance your efficiency and collaboration within the team.
Sales Request Management: Learn the art of managing and responding to sales inquiries with precision and professionalism. You'll develop the skills to assess customer needs, provide timely and relevant information, and foster positive relationships that lead to successful outcomes.
Solution-Oriented Approach: We believe in empowering our team to solve problems creatively and effectively. You'll learn how to dive into solutions, thinking critically and innovatively to address challenges and drive continuous improvement in our processes and offerings.

What You’ll Bring
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
A curiosity for learning and a passion for Technology, data, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
