About this Role

  • In this role, you will contribute to Neo4j's accelerated growth and will ensure strong collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Partner, Customer Success and other cross-functional teams, to help implement revenue growth strategies
  • You will be an essential member of the wider Revenue Operations team, and a subject matter expert in Sales Operations processes, tooling, and overall revenue strategy
  • Be directly involved in the development and implementation of revenue growth strategies, forecasting, pipeline analysis, annual planning models, and more
  • Establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, territory design, and other programs supported by Sales Operations across the Revenue organization
  • The role will require strong cross-functional partnership to provide insightful reports / metrics, and scalable processes, strategies and tactics to enable us to grow and capture market share across the world
  • Execute effective change management and communications for process change and technology implementations within the Sales organization
  • Help with determining operational priorities connected to customer acquisition, growth, and ongoing success as we work towards our revenue and efficiency goals
  • Develop key metrics for the go-to-market organization, ensure strong alignment with leaders and create repeatable processes that enable growth
  • Partner with the Analytics Team to deliver core quantitative analysis; develop reporting and dashboards to show performance, trends, opportunities, and risks across the customer life cycle

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or an equivalent role
  • Proficient in partnering effectively with peers, senior leadership, cross-functional partners, and stakeholders to achieve mutual goals and drive business success.
  • Track record of driving operational excellence, including stakeholder management and process development.
  • Proven track record of implementing and executing new processes and procedures to scale revenue teams (Sales, SDR, Partner, etc.)
  • An energetic team player with excellent communication skills, and high emotional intelligence to help foster collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and leadership. Conveying clear insights at all levels of the Revenue Organization.

The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range.

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
