Summary
Responsible for the selection, implementation and continued operation of the handheld / printers computer, including training, monitoring, maintenance, trouble shooting and upgrades.
Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect affect on product safety, legality and/or quality.
The driving of company vehicles and/or personal vehicles in furtherance of company business must be done in a manner that is consistent with all DOT and state requirements.
Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- DSD Handheld and printer field support.
- DSD Handheld and printer inventory support.
- DSD Support the Internet and phones systems in all warehouses and some plant locations.
- DSD Customer maintenance support.
- DSD Will have access to the SAP and BI systems for research.
- DSD Pricing SAP Special Price Maintenance as needed.
- DSD WEB system support.
- Practice and comply with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.)
- Performance of other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
Desired Experience
• Minimum of five years experience, preferably at a Sales Director level.
Desired Education
• Associate or bachelor’s degree with emphasis on computer operations.
• Completion of formal management skills training program
