Role Overview
As a Sales Team Lead, you will coach a sales team and drive regional growth forward. You will create sales plans, manage budgets and forecasting, and analyze regional market trends.
What You Will Do
You will create regional sales plans and quotas, plan and conduct regional events, supervise and coach team members, report on regional sales results, and forecast quarterly and annual numbers.

Requirements
Leadership experience in sales
Fitness/health industry experience
Economic knowledge (e.g. KOI, KPI, Cost of Sales)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving competence
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
German language skills (negotiable level)
Good English skills
