Territory Manager - RespirTech (Long Island, NY)

RespirTech is a Philips Company providing the InCourage airway clearance therapy to patients with chronic respiratory diseases and neuromuscular disorders by way of a prescription from their healthcare provider.

Our Territory Managers are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare teams in the clinic and hospital setting to reach patients who can benefit from the InCourage airway clearance therapy solution for improved outcomes. RespirTech is a market leader of High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation (HFCWO) therapy in a still largely untapped market.

Your role:

  • Outside sales and territory management.
  • New business development and employ a hunter mentality to identify new opportunities, overcome objections and change mindsets.
  • Foster growth and maintain positive relationships within existing accounts

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and related work experience
  • 3+ years successful direct field sales experience
  • Ability to be in the field within Territory 90% (including some overnights)
  • Previous Durable/Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Outside sales experience within designated territory
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $142000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in Long Island, Suffolk County, part of Nassau County.
