We leverage our strategic relationship with Salesforce to equip organizations with expert knowledge, as well as implement our existing in-depth understanding of architectures, technology stacks, and partners to guide our customers through the complex AppExchange process and Digital Transformation initiatives.

We are looking for a Salesforce Admin to join our team in Latin America.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • User Management, Profiles and Roles maintenance respecting security best practices.
  • Object and Fields updates to meet business goals.
  • Configuration of Flows and other automation tools maintaining vision of the greater infrastructure.
  • Communicate with the development team about new upcoming features ensuring they are aligned with the current business process.
  • Assist in Sandbox configurations.
  • Efficiently manage ticket queue, prioritizing issues and maintaining a clear communication about their status.

Qualifications & Skills

Hard Requirements
  • Attention to detail, able to understand ultimate goal of a requirement.
  • Able to communicate with Stakeholders in English.
  • +1 year hands-on experience as Salesforce Admin.
  • Experience in Lightning Platform.
  • Experience analyzing issues and providing root cause analysis to users.
Nice to have
  • 20+ Trailhead badges.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Familiarity with PSA.
  • Knowledge of Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • JIRA experience.
  • Experience with Agile practices.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical university.
  • Or at least a desire to get any of the above!
