Job Description:
DXC is looking for an experienced SAP Solution Manager subject matter expert to help drive the implementation of SAP Solution Manager functionality across our client base. This role requires a self-starter who can take ownership of SAP Solution Manager solutions working to a defined roadmap.
Due to the nature of our client's accounts, SC Security Clearance will be required therefore the criteria for us to obtain this for you is that you are a UK National who has worked and resided in the UK consecutively for the past 5 years. We are unable to consider dual nationals currently.
Essential Job Functions
Experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.2
Experience in implementing and troubleshooting BPM
Experience in Test Management ideally with SEA and BPCA experience
Experience in implementing and supporting ChaRM
Experience in implementing and supporting ITSM
Experience in SLD/LMDB Management
Experience of operating in a Linux environment
Knowledge of managing SAP Operations including managed system set-up, technical system and job monitoring and alerting
General or expert knowledge of some of the following;
DVM
CCLM
Release Management
Focused Insights
SolDoc
Business Process Monitoring
QGM
Guided Procedures
Excellent documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of the environment
Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate Solution Manager roadmap solutions to clients and to internal support teams
Knowledge of SAP roadmap to Cloud ALM
Proven experience of Solman configuration experience.
