Your journey will look like this:

you will start your job with training in which you will familiarize yourself with the systems and processes that you will need in your work
you will communicate in German every day
you will provide support to users and respond to inquiries in a timely manner via calls or email
you will have full support from your Team Leader, trainer and the entire team
over time you will improve and progress, building your career in the field that interests you most

You speak and write German excellently (B2/C1 level)
You are communicative and enjoy helping people
You know the basics of computer work, you are fast at typing
