Job Description

This is a remote position.

Our client is seeking an experience Scrum Master to support multiple product teams. In this role, you will work with stakeholders, Product Owners, and product teams to optimize the flow of work and constantly improve the outcomes for customers and users. Success will require a strong understanding of Agile principles and processes and the ability to implement them with groups of varying experience levels.


Requirements
Promote Agile culture, values, behaviors, and principles across multiple teams
Manage team definition of ready and done statements to standardize workflows and maintain both flow and quality
Plan and conduct Scrum meetings (e.g., Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand Up, Retrospectives, etc.)
Work with Product Owner to review and manage backlog of items to ensure the latest work status is captured and updated as appropriate
Implement and track Lean Agile metrics such as flow metrics, lead times, etc.
Report on project status (e.g., velocity/burn down charts, financial status, issues/risks, etc.) to Product Owner and to senior stakeholders
Take ownership to drive through resolutions of issues or blockers, coordinate directly with other teams on dependencies
Responsible for maintaining and growing a body of knowledge that is accessible to all team members. Ensure information regarding any program and project related activities or issues are available and easily accessible.
Coordinate with business and product teams to support release management

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/systems, business administration, or related field, plus five years of progressively responsible work experience in Scrum/agile
