As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be the face of our client's brand to law firms across your territory. You'll generate and qualify leads, grow your existing book of business organically, and source referrals like a pro. You'll manage cases from start to finish, working closely with customer service to ensure every client feels like your only client. And you'll keep a sharp eye on the competition—knowing their pricing, products, and services so you can always stay a step ahead.
Develop and execute strategies to expand your customer base in the San Francisco legal community
Maintain a detailed customer database and keep sales & promotional materials fresh
Plan and conduct direct marketing activities, from email campaigns to in-person meetings
Attend educational events, trade shows, and networking events—representing the company with confidence
Deliver compelling presentations of products and services to current and potential clients
Negotiate contracts, develop sales proposals, and conduct product training
Track all sales activity, prepare reports, and respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person
Perform quality checks on service delivery and make recommendations to boost client satisfaction
5–10 years of experience marketing services to the legal community, with a strong focus on court reporting sales
A proven track record of hitting (and exceeding) sales targets in a fast-paced environment
A robust rolodex of law firm contacts in your territory—this is non-negotiable
Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Leadership ability to drive profitability and growth while aligning with company vision
Comfort with full remote work and the self-discipline that comes with it
Base salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year
OTE: $200,000 (uncapped upside)
