We are looking for a (Senior) Account Executive to join our Swiss sales team as soon as possible or by arrangement. As an Account Executive, you will build your own customer portfolio – both with private real estate companies and with public clients such as municipalities, cities and cantons. You will guide your customers throughout the entire sales cycle – from first contact to first project – and develop them into long-term partners.
your mission
- Active outreach and acquisition of decision-makers in the real estate and building sector (B2B) as well as in the public sector (B2G – municipalities, cities, cantons, public enterprises)
- Development and expansion of B2G business – including support with public procurement procedures and calls for tenders
- Responsibility for the entire sales cycle – from needs assessment to contract conclusion
- Ownership of pipeline, forecasting & revenue development
- Development of tailored offers and value propositions for complex customer environments – private and public
- Building long-term partnerships and strategic accounts
you're a perfect fit if you...
- Have at least 3 years of experience in B2B or B2G sales, ideally in the technology or building sector
- Bring negotiation-level German and good English language skills – Swiss German is an advantage
- Bring real estate, property or PropTech experience
- Ideally have experience with public clients, submission procedures or municipal decision-making processes
- Have genuine sales passion and close deals independently
- Think in a structured, independent and entrepreneurial way
- Are eager to actively drive the decarbonization of buildings
