Responsibilities:
Work to advance the agile maturity and performance of the teams, contributing to the structuring and monitoring of execution cycles through data analysis, organization of initiatives, and promotion of continuous improvement
Support the structuring of execution plans, contributing to the definition of goals, metrics, and the organization of actions;
Collect, analyze, and consolidate data to support diagnostics and decision-making;
Track the progress of the tribes’ initiatives, promoting visibility, organization, and consistency in execution;
Monitor performance indicators, supporting the identification of deviations and opportunities for improvement;
Support the generation of insights from data, contributing to the continuous improvement of the tribes’ performance
Follow up on actions, helping to identify obstacles and ensure the continuous progress of deliverables;
Support the breakdown of OKRs, ensuring alignment with initiatives and clarity regarding expected results;
Contribute to the evolution of the tribes’ agile maturity, promoting best practices and consistency in operations;
Requirements:
A systemic view, with the ability to connect business, technology, and agility in the context of execution;
A hands-on profile, with a strong focus on data analysis, organization, and monitoring of initiatives;
Solid experience working in agile teams;
Knowledge of discovery and upstream processes;
Experience with performance indicators, workflow metrics, and data analysis to support decision-making;
Experience with breaking down OKRs to tactical levels and tracking results;
Experience identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through data analysis and monitoring of execution;
Strong communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders, ensuring visibility and alignment
