Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office.
Senior Principal Engineer – Global Data & Analytics ( Data Warehouse - Grade D)
What can you expect:
Module Lead will provide technical support to business user (internal or external) on various technical issues and problem related to business application. Person will also be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA. Person would also act as an SME for the team and responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of results from the team.

We will count on you to:
- Design and implement complex reporting dashboards for visualization of key company metrics, models, and datasets.
- Work on End to End Datawarehouse Projects as part of the wider BI CoE Team.
- Hands-on role involving various responsibilities such as Data Architect, Solution Designer, Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, Support Lead, etc.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Informatica and Oracle database.
- Experience in Informatica support and maintenance is required.
- Must have Development experience on Informatica
- Open to working in all shifts.
- Strong understanding of Data warehousing concepts and at least 2 previous Data Warehouse project experience.
- Proficient in ITIL concepts and End to End production support.
- Strong knowledge of Database and scripting (PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL, Stored procedures).
- Ability to design and develop ETL mappings based on provided logical mapping and data models.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like CA service desk, Service Now, Remedy, and ALM Tool (e.g., JIRA).
- Understanding of Application Support principles such as incident management, problem management, change management.
- Minimum 5 years of Level2/Level3 Support experience using Informatica.
- Analytical skills to resolve support issues and apply software development principles.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Capability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to work with Architects on the big picture and hands-on experience with the team.
- Knowledge of development best practices and processes.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Data Warehouse, Informatica maintenance and support.
- Experience with BI Reporting Technologies like SAP BO and Tableau is preferred.

- 7+ years’ experience on Data Warehouse, Informatica on Maintenance and Support
Experience of BI Reporting Technologies including SAP BO would be preferred.
