We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sr. Graphic Designer team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mexico City, Tamarindos office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are seeking candidates for the following position in México City, located in Tamarindos office:
Sr. Graphic Designer
You will be responsible for:
- Conceptualizing and delivering high impact creative outputs within the company’s visual brand identity guidelines.
- Designing and producing marketing collateral, advertisements/sponsorships, communications assets, and branded experiential events in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications.
- Working within a project management system and briefing process to understand project requirements and manage workflows efficiently.
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders.
- Identifying design problems and devising elegant outputs.
- Following emerging design trends, techniques, and tools.
- Developing and maintaining templates to enable others to produce materials that fit our brand guidelines.
- What you need to have:
- BA in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar job positions
- Corporate-level experience creating suites of marketing collateral
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud design applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
