Your Mission:

Invisible Technologies, amid its rapid expansion both domestically and internationally, faces increasing complexities in labor compliance and tax optimization across various jurisdictions. This challenge is critical to address as it directly impacts our legal compliance, financial efficiency, and operational effectiveness. A key objective is to develop and implement strategies ensuring compliance with diverse labor laws and optimizing tax strategies in every country we operate. This approach must align with our business objectives while maintaining the agility and efficiency of our operations, including flexibility in hiring practices. The goal will be to develop and implement comprehensive strategies for labor compliance and tax optimization that align with Invisible Technologies' global presence and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Assessment: Lead Invisible’s global labor and tax practices - This includes working with internal and external stakeholders, legal counsel and compliance consultants

Global Regulation: Keep abreast with the changing regulatory state of AI and Marketplace compliance and dynamics

Strategic Thinking: Identify potential risks and strategic opportunities in our global markets to fortify our compliance posture and maintain a gold standard approach to gig economy work.

Compliance Framework Establishment: Construct a robust framework for the continuous monitoring and iterative adaptation of our compliance strategies. This framework should facilitate proactive adjustments in response to evolving global regulations and business needs.

Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of relevant business verticals Provide continuous support to ensure the effective resolution of compliance-related challenges across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications:

Deep Expertise in International Labor Law: Possess a thorough understanding of complex labor and tax regulations across various jurisdictions, crucial for managing compliance in a multinational landscape.

Proven Compliance Strategy Experience: Demonstrated capability in developing and executing effective compliance strategies within multinational corporations, ensuring both legal adherence and operational excellence.

Analytical and Strategic Acumen: Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to engage in high-level strategic planning and execution, particularly in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Exceptional Communication and Instructional Skills: Outstanding ability to communicate complex legal and tax concepts clearly and effectively, coupled with the skills to develop and facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences.

Industry Insight: Familiarity with the tech-enabled services sector, including understanding the unique labor marketplace dynamics and associated regulatory challenges, is essential.

    • Base: $145,000
    • Base + Target Bonus: $205,000
