What should you bring to the table:
A full-stack mindset with minimum of 5 years professional experience, ready towork across the back-end, front-end, infrastructure and firmware.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with experience in building microservices on AWSusing Lambda, Amazon S3, Amazon Cognito, Amazon API Gateway, DynamoDB,AWS IoT Core, Kinesis, SNS, SQS.
- Strong experience with Golang and understanding of specifics for running Gounder heavy load.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative teamenvironment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional,multicultural team.
- Upper-intermediate or above English proficiency for effective communication withinthe team.
Nice to have:
- Understanding IoT solutions and having built or been part of a team thatdelivered an IoT solution is a huge plus.
Experience with Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript and Java/Scala is a huge plus.
Experience with Kafka and familiarity with event-driven architectures is a huge plus.
Previous exposure to large-scale systems design, experience with the serverless approaches using AWS Lambda.
Here is a taste of what youll be doing:
Your primary tasks will be to:
- Architect, design, collaborate, and bring life to IoT solutions alongside skilled engineers on the Mobile, Firmware, and QA teams.
- Understanding and materializing the vision for next generation products, you will build robust, scalable cloud solutions as a foundation for our IoT services.
- In constructing and coordinating cloud product software from start to finish, including AWS cloud infrastructure, Android/iOS app interfaces, backend interfaces, and product firmware and systems, you will also develop various key features such as sensors, motors, and digital control interfacing to serverless clouds, mobile devices, and voice assistants.
