Your impact as a BI Specialist:

As a Senior BI Specialist at Countus you play an important role in further developing and implementing our data and BI environment. You not only ensure valuable dashboards and insights, but also help build the data foundation behind it. You work together with business, IT and data owners and know better than anyone how to translate data into solutions that truly add value.

Your main tasks include:

• Developing and managing reports and dashboards with Power BI;

• Designing and improving data models and data warehouse solutions;

• Unlocking and integrating various data sources, such as APIs, databases and cloud platforms;

• Monitoring and improving data quality, data governance and the reliability of our data;

• Analyzing complex datasets and translating them into clear, usable insights and advice;

• Acting as a strong sparring partner for business, IT and data owners;

• Initiating and guiding improvements and innovations in the field of data, BI and data management.

What do you bring?

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar BI, data or analytics role and get energy from making data and information smarter. You look beyond dashboards and find it particularly interesting to help build a reliable and future-proof data foundation within the Microsoft data platform. In addition:

• You have knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation and data transformations;

• You have experience unlocking data sources via APIs, databases and cloud platforms;

• You have knowledge of SQL, Power BI, data modeling, data quality and data governance;

• You are a strong and enthusiastic discussion partner for both business and IT;

• You think in possibilities, take initiative and like to work together on smart and sustainable BI solutions.

• A good salary of € 4.430 to € 6.545,19 gross per month, (based on 40 hours) depending on your experience, plus 8.4% holiday allowance;

• Determine for yourself how much you work! An employment contract for 24, 32, 36 or 40 hours per week is possible. You also get the opportunity to arrange your working days and times yourself;

Working at Countus Functional Management

The team currently consists of 10 colleagues each with their own expertise. The department is managed by team leader Henrieke. Hard work is done, but also enjoyed at times. The team regularly does fun things together such as playing padel. They have the shared objective to proactively support employees so they can use the various apps as well as possible. A beautiful objective where we need reinforcement!
