Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and prioritizing prospective strategic partnerships in the Talent and Tech space

  • Leading the prospecting, negotiating and contracting with prioritized partners

  • Initiating the kickoff and activation process, while transitioning to long term relationship managers, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

  • Owning and nurturing partnerships from first contact to successful launch

Requirements:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in a sales focussed partnerships role. Closing experience is a plus.

  • You have a strong understanding of the partnership landscape, especially within professional services, and are well-connected within the space

  • You have a way with words and can write email copy, deliver presentations, and design campaigns that activate partners.

  • You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

  • You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.

  • You are proficient in spoken and written English
