Your Mission
We are looking for a Senior Cash Manager to join the cash management team at BlaBlaCar. Their mission is to optimize and to ensure the proper management and the proper circulation of cash within the Group. As Senior Cash Manager, your role will be to be responsible for the cash management of the Group, excluding Ukraine and Russia and get involved in treasury structuring projects. You will be reporting to the head of cash management and working with a team of 4 people.

Your responsibilities

  • Cash Management

  • Reconciling bank flows, entering and monitoring short- and medium-term forecasts, monitoring cash positions and balancing accounts : monitor and forecast cash positions to ensure liquidity needs are met.
  • Monitoring supplier payment cycles and exchanges with customer relations departments for refunds
  • Being partner between business unit and cash management including the PSP Management of banking relations in these countries.
  • Optimizing payment and collection processes in cooperation with the accounting and business departments.
  • Reporting and analysis of cash positions and forecast
  • Updating procedures

  • Risk Management and management of back office operations

  • Identifying and assessing financial risks on your perimeters, FX risks in particular Ensuring that contractual commitments are properly fulfilled
  • Management and resolution of disputes and incidents with external counterparties.
  • Ensure that the customer relations workflow is well completed from cash management perspective
  • Monitoring and controlling holding company bank fees
  • Updating procedures

  • Banking relationship

  • In charge of monitoring all types of commitments and administering the Group's banking powers
  • Assisting legal entities with banking compliance regulations (KYC,...)
  • Administration of EBICS contracts (setting up and configuring telematic banking services)

  • Cash accounting

  • Reconciling of cash and accounting data every month in Blablacar ERP

  • Technology and Systems

  • To be involved in the administration and update of the treasury tool (Kyriba)
  • Updating procedures

  • Projects

  • With the support of the head of treasury :
  • Participation in projects to optimize cash management and banking relations.
  • Participation in current and future Group Treasury cross-functional projects.

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance
  • 6-7 years of relevant experience in treasury
  • Strong accounting skills, understanding of financial markets, risk management, and interest in the treasury business
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication abilities and good interpersonal skills
  • Full working proficiency in French and English
