Summary:
As a Senior Content Manager your primary focus will be on content management, quality assurance, exceptional service delivery, and team management, . You will work closely with a dynamic team to meet and exceed client expectations. We are looking for an individual who thrives under pressure, enjoys overcoming challenges, and consistently delivers high-quality content.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all content produced meets the highest quality standards and aligns with client objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to achieve excellence.
  • Maintain exceptional client relationships through open communication, timely responses, and exceeding client expectations.
  • Effectively allocate resources and manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
  • Showcase a creative flair for crafting engaging social media posts, newsletters, and other digital content.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and thrive in a collaborative work environment.
  • Leverage your prior experience in marketing agencies to provide valuable insights and strategies for our clients' success.
  • Show a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all content is error-free and on-brand.
  • Use social media management tools to schedule and post content, monitor engagements, and generate reports.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for content improvements and propose new ideas to support the marketing objectives of our clients.
  • Collaborate with team members in brainstorming sessions, strategy discussions, and the execution of marketing initiatives.

    Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • English Resume is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of ]experience in content management and marketing, preferably within a marketing agency.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and social media management tools
  • Basic image and video editing software experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns.
