Rate: $60 – 75/hr USD

Description:

Senior Developer, AJO at Credera, will utilize best practices and methodologies to design and implement the best solution for our clients. This key member of our team contributes to the entire software development lifecycle including analysis, requirement specification, use case and data modeling, technical design, development, testing, implementation, and activation. This individual will be focused on delivering assigned tasks and/or specific tracks of the solution on time, escalating issues when appropriate as well as educating and leading others in the form of code reviews, workshops, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide senior level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases through a deep knowledge in integrating Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Target, Forms, Analytics, Audience Manager, Experience Manager, Campaign) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) application (CJA, RTCDP).
  • Utilize your detailed knowledge and experience with data-driven insights in implementing Next-Best Action strategies and campaigns using ODE (Offer Decisioning Engine) across the MarTech ecosystem.
  • Develop and activate Campaign / Journey components to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables while implementing and supporting automation triggered, recurring, and ad hoc communications.
  • Integrate additional systems and assist to build out the Marketing Data stack.
  • Translate technical specifications into code for complex new enhancement or integration projects for internal clients.
  • Write programs, develop code, test artifacts, and produce reports leveraging software development techniques to ensure tests are implemented in a way that support automation.
  • Participate in design, code, and test inspections throughout the life cycle to identify issues. Explain technical considerations at related meetings, including those with internal clients. Perform systems analysis activities.
  • Provide strong testing and debugging skills at all levels, including unit, system, integration and performance testing.
  • Interface with cross functional team members and communicate systems issues at the appropriate technical level for each audience.
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the client business functions and technology needs.
  • Serve as a lead developer or team lead of a small remote or offshore team leveraging Agile based principles to deliver error-free technology components.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree a plus, in the field of technology or business or equivalent work experience.
    • Certification: Adobe Journey Optimizer Developer or RTCDP Developer (Required)
  • 4+ years of hands-on software development experience in one or more: Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling, JMS, JUnit, Eclipse including front-end web technologies such as: HTML/5, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (ie. React/Angular)
  • 2+ years of experience in using Adobe Tag Management - Adobe Launch with event driven architecture using Web Data Layer with a understanding of Data Orchestration concepts and methodologies
  • 2+ years of experience in development, implementation, integrations, and support of Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO),Adobe Experience Cloud (AEC) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
  • Knowledge of Marketing Management and Campaign activation across multiple Channels (Email, Mail, SMS, PUSH, etc.) and custom actions in the journey.
  • Prior experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Web SDK, XDM schemas and enterprise rollouts.
  • Clear knowledge of Business and unitary events, data source setup, and use cases.
  • Excellent understanding of data dependencies and design for marketing cloud journeys and campaigns.
  • Experience with building and using APIs (e.g., POSTMAN) and task automation.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, remote teams in different time zones, deadline-driven environments, and demonstrated ability to organize and establish a team in such an environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
