Job Description

  1. Implement and maintain ServiceNow forms and Service Catalogs
  2. Experience in Service now as a developer and Administrator
  3. Experience in delivering Medium to Large scale service now implementations
  4. Experience in installation and configuration of different modules of service now
  5. Implementation experience of incident, problem, change, configuration, Asset management, Software asset management, contract management and procurement
  6. Perform day to day administration of Service now tool.
  7. Configured Applications using Service now tool used in ITIL management
  8. Knowledge of change management, incident management, problem management, Service catalog, Configuration management, reporting, discovery and integrations
  9. Develop and manage application code, user interface and third party integration components
  10. Create workflow activities and approvals.
  11. Co-ordinates installation of ServiceNow upgrades and service packs
  12. Integration of Service now with other tools
