Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager for our business and corporate services unit. In this role, you will support the sales team, ensure smooth client onboarding and coordinate BCS activities to deliver exceptional service. Roles & responsiblities

  • Sales Support: Prepare detailed sales proposals and address client inquiries promptly and accurately to facilitate the sales process.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for BCS offerings and provide consultation and advice to internal teams and clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process successfully for new clients and act as the primary escalation point for clients during the process.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate BCS activities to ensure timely and quality service delivery, including facilitating clear communication and collaboration among all relevant team members.
  • Implementation: Execute the implementation of BCS services, ensuring deliverables are on schedule and of quality.
  • Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting to track BCS services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in business and corporate services.
  • Proven track record of planning and implementing quality processes in a similar industry.
  • Highly organised individual contributor.
  • Able to communicate effectively in an international and fully remote work environment.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage workload effectively.
