We are seeking an experienced Staff DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on CI/CD and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying scalable, high-performance web applications with expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern DevOps tools and practices. This role involves a blend of development and operations, requiring a keen understanding of both to ensure efficient deployment pipelines, infrastructure management, and application performance.

Qualifications:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-availability web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Utilize Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate the deployment of Docker containers.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated testing, building, and deployment processes.
- Work with AWS services including API Gateway, Fargate, and CloudWatch to manage and monitor applications.
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure application performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Lead the adoption of best practices in CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure automation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members on DevOps best practices.
- Understanding of modern front-end development practices.
- A passion for building high-quality, user-friendly software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
