ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Digital Transformation Consultant / Strategist

This is a Remote position. Ideally, if the ideal candidate is located in the Washington D.C. area or San Antonio, TX that would be preferred.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with Federal / DoD clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Develop comprehensive digital transformation strategies that align with their objectives and future growth plans.
  • Digital Roadmap Creation: Design and implement detailed digital roadmaps, outlining the steps and resources required to transition from legacy systems to modern, cloud-based, and scalable solutions.
  • Technology Advisory: Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms (e.g., cloud computing, AI, machine learning, IoT) to enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage digital transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to help organizations adapt to new digital processes, systems, and ways of working. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and support sessions to drive user adoption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and key stakeholders, providing insights, updates, and recommendations throughout the transformation journey.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics and business intelligence to identify areas of improvement, measure progress, and optimize digital initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, digital innovations, and best practices. Continuously evaluate and improve methodologies, processes, and tools used in digital transformation projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with digital transformation efforts and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure successful outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or IT consulting, with a proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives
  • 10+ years of experience working with Federal clients
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and digital tools, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, IoT, and process automation.
  • Experience in developing digital strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans that align with business objectives and drive innovation
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior executives, stakeholders, and technical teams.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with large scale project management, business process improvement, organizational transformation, and IT digital transformation projects across DoD Agencies and the U.S. government
  • Experience working with teams in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience solving complex problems with both traditional and out-of-the-box solutions
  • Experience and understanding of the federal procurement and acquisition process, as well as relevant business development, marketing and proposal experience
  • Ability to independently author and present client briefings and communications
  • Possession of excellent problem-solving, client relationship, facilitation, and management skills
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Industry Recognized Project Management or Agile Certification
  • Secret level clearance.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain and Public Trust

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
