Job Description

Grafana Labs is looking for a Senior GTM Enablement manager to join our rapidly growing Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. In this role, you will design, develop, implement and maintain Enablement programs around core Sales competencies, supporting both new hire onboarding and in-seat sellers and reporting to our Global Head of GTM Enablement. You will work closely with Grafana’s Sales Leadership team and members of our GTM Enablement team, as well as other customer facing GTM teams, to develop Grafana specific competency optimization and validation programs to be leveraged globally across the sales organization.

The ideal candidate has a passion for working with sellers and sales leaders, helping ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience in their customer journey with us. This person should have mastery of critical selling skills and experience in training sellers on these skills. The right candidate will have comfort in balancing strategic planning with execution, as the person in this role will regularly be in the weeds, developing and delivering blended learning solutions that are role-based, highly interactive, and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enablement content and programs focused on ensuring seller competencies, as well as Sales leader playbooks to execute and reinforce these programs. This will include the development of eLearning programs and may also include instructor-led training.
  • Deliver in-person training for new hire onboarding cohorts - Expected annual travel is 10-20%
  • Engage, persuade, and build alliances with key stakeholders involved in executing our Sales Process in order to define needs, build standardized tooling and implement validation programs.
  • Partner closely with our Solutions Engineering and CX organization to ensure that competencies focused on span the entire customer journey.
  • Track and measure enablement program engagement and competency levels, and regularly report results to key business stakeholders
  • Define, track, measure and report on business impact of sales competencies enablement.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of full cycle software/SaaS sales experience and regular track record of exceeding quota
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company with a technical offering
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and Force Management preferred
  • Program management experience delivering enablement programs with a proven impact to the business
  • Have solid project management skills including: planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, working with cross functional stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity to deliver results
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills across a range of learner tenures from individual contributor to senior leader
  • Proven creative thinker that independently generates and executes on innovative ideas for how to engage learners
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • Have an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality

  • We’re a high growth company, so your job duties will be varied and complex and will require strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.

In the United States, the Base compensation range for this role is $152,000 - $183,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process.
