We're looking for people who can:

  • Lead on our creative Learning Experience Design approach for complex projects
  • Support our Commercial Teams, by proposing creative solutions based on robust learning science
  • Investigate and implement new ways of driving learning impact
  • Take ownership of the quality of Learning Experience Design for the duration of the project
  • Work in close partnership with external clients to critically analyse their needs and find solutions that make a real difference
  • Work collaboratively with internal project teams
  • Be decisive yet collaborative in driving change
  • Support the development of others through knowledge sharing, coaching, and mentoring

Required experience, skills, and attributes:

  • Extensive digital Learning Experience Design experience
  • Experience and confidence working with large-scale global brands
  • Strong commercial ability and awareness
  • Curious, interested and digitally versatile
  • Technical knowledge of a range of learning management systems and platforms
  • Experience using a range of authoring tools to build digital learning solutions
  • Ability to think creatively and communicate ideas in an inspiring way
  • Excellent creative writing skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills working both internally, and externally with clients
  • Brave, comfortable with ambiguity and open to driving change
  • Confident and trusted client-facing partner
  • Organised, delivering consistently and collaboratively under pressure

Location - Hybrid and Remote opportunities available for this role.

Our new headquarters is in the Bristol area (The Paintworks) we offer flexible working hours, and there are remote and hybrid options for this position to suit your preferences.

We offer a mix of home and office working because we believe both are necessary for a high performing team. We know you need some time to concentrate and avoid constant commuting, so homeworking is essential and we are happy to tailor this to suit the individual offering hybrid or remote working options.

We currently have main offices in the UK in Bristol and in Europe in Berlin and Brussels.
