Role: Senior Payroll Accounting Analyst
Location: Wrocław (hybrid) or Poland (remote)
We are looking for Senior Payroll Accounting Analyst, who will be responsible for:
Booking of all payroll transactions of assigned entities
Analysis and booking accruals for different benefit types, vacation, additional pay, etc.
R2R Account Reconciliations
Assigning General Ledger accounts to new pay code elements,
Supporting Payroll SOX procedures,
Liaising with Payroll team, Finance teams or local payroll providers
WFR (workforce reduction) bookings as required,
Facilitating audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in economy, finance, management or adequate experience in area of payroll accounting/finance.
Typically, > 5 years of experience in area of payroll accounting/finance.
Fluency in English.
Any additional language would be an asset.
Knowledge and Skills required:
Good analytical skills
MS Office Professional (Outlook, Excel is a must)
Good organizational skills and independence at work.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within the team and under time pressure.
Good communication skills.
