Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Analyst II with expertise in payroll processing, tax compliance, and systems implementation to join our team! The successful candidate will report to the Head of Global Payroll and will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while leveraging their experience to implement and optimize payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of end-to-end U.S. & International payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

  • Manage tax compliance activities, including payroll tax filings, quarterly and annual reporting, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations, communicating updates to stakeholders and implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution for employees and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to integrate payroll processes with other business systems and ensure data integrity.

  • Support projects focused on process improvement and optimization.

  • Lead the implementation of new payroll systems or upgrades, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred.

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on implementation.

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience leading payroll system implementations, including project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

  • Must have working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, ADP SmartCompliance, and Workday.

  • Must have advanced Excel skills.

  • Experience with Google Sheets and G Suite application.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing circumstances and effectively navigating competing priorities.

The salary range for this position is $131,800 - $155,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
