Tasks
Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail
- You will dive into the heart of data to drive the insights creation and present them to both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be a game-changer
- You play a pivotal role in our product team, enhancing the selling experience for our sellers through data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities include crafting dynamic dashboards and conducting ad-hoc static data analyses
- You derive ideas for the optimization of our data-driven products and integrate them in close collaboration with our product team
- You take charge of the entire data process – from gathering to visualization of the data
- You benchmark our products against competitors, evaluate strategic directions, and identify business opportunities - all while quantifying your ideas
- You monitor the product performance during experimental phases and suggest robust evaluation metrics for implementation
Profile
Your profile - this is what we expect from you
- You have an educational level that corresponds to completed university studies in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics or finance, or you have comparable practical experience
- You have professional experience in quantitative analyses on large and complex data sets
- You have extensive knowledge of SQL and visualization software (preferably Tableau)
- Familiarity with event tracking tools like Google Analytics and their data structures is an added advantage
- You consider data as a product and imply this in your way of thinking
- You always think customer first, understand the pain points of the end-users, and derive actions from it
- You are an excellent communicator who is skilled in data presentation and interacting with different stakeholders
- You are excited about challenges in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working in an international, English-speaking team
