InCharge Energy is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Digital Products to join our product management team. This role will focus on the development of our InControl charge management system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with remote teams, engaging in cross-functional collaboration across organizational groups, and is familiar with Agile development methodologies. The Senior Manager for Digital Products will be responsible for feature discovery and coordinating with designers and engineers. This role will focus on developing a product that meets the needs of our user community of electric vehicle fleet owners and operators.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of our InControl charger management system.
- Look for problems to solve, learn about the needs of our users, and develop insights that are codified in documentation for our wider team.
- Prioritize and define features that improve our users’ experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
- Maintain open communications with our user community to understand our market's needs.
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in design, hardware, software, QA, sales, and marketing to ensure that our software products are aligned with corporate objectives.
- Build and nurture the community of developers utilizing our platform.
- Support Sales with product demonstrations, assistance with proposals, training, and building relationships with prospects and customers.
- Align our software with company brand guidelines.
- Provide product training and documentation to assist team members and customers.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to our leadership team.
- Understand our competitive positioning and identify ways to win market share and improve key metrics.
- Assist with market research to identify opportunities and inform product development.
Your Experience and Capabilities
- Bachelor's degree required. Specialization in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Graduate degree in a business or technology related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- 3+ years of experience leading remote teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with our industry (EV Charging) or related industries such as electric vehicle OEMs, microgrids/DERs, and/or utilities preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into actionable features.
- Familiarity with charging industry standards is preferred
- Familiarity with cloud security standards such as SOC2 and NIST 800-53 preferred.
- Experience with Software as a Service and native app development practices, metrics, and crafting go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to travel 15% of the time.
