We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development and growth of our mobile games portfolio. If you are passionate about gaming and have a proven track record in mobile game development, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a thriving industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and execution of product strategies to maximize player engagement and revenue.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct in-depth competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and benchmarks for success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, artists, and marketing, to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Design and oversee A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize features for user experience and monetization.
• Use data analytics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept and design to launch and live operations.
• Participate in game design discussions, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in product management within the mobile gaming industry.
• Proven experience in operating mature projects with genres such as idle games, simulators, farming games, and tycoon games.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Expertise in mobile game monetization strategies, including in-app purchases and ad-based models.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and agile methodologies.
• Passionate about gaming, with a deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors.

Nice to Have:

• Background in technical fields such as Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Experience collaborating with external development studios as a publishing manager
• Familiarity with hybrid monetization models.
• Experience in R&D and prototyping for idle games.
