    About this role

    What You'll Own

    • Problem framing and discovery: Translate feature requests into clear problem statements through structured conversations, research, and analysis before proposing solutions.

    • Strategic product ownership: Become the product expert for assigned product areas by understanding workflows, user behavior, technical considerations, and business impact.

    • Roadmap and prioritization: Build and maintain focus-area roadmaps, prioritizing work based on user value, company strategy, and measurable outcomes.

    • End-to-end delivery: Work closely with Engineering and Design from concept through requirements, build, launch, and iteration.

    • Stakeholder alignment: Lead productive discussions and ensure decisions are documented and aligned across teams.

    • Client request intake and synthesis: Partner with Customer Success and Sales to understand incoming client requests, ask thoughtful follow-up questions, and identify patterns across feedback. Qualifications

    • 3 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment.

    • Demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into clear product requirements.

    • Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions.

    • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities. What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

    • You have a deep understanding of the product and product strategy.

    • You are familiar with industry standards and market trends.

    • You have completed discovery for 3–5 product ideas.

    • You have delivered 3–5 roadmap projects from requirements through release.

    • You maintain product documentation. Bonus Qualifications

    • Experience launching new products.

    • Experience transitioning users out of legacy products.
