Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager/Workstream Lead to join our team at DocMe360. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Provider workstream, within a larger program, managing two major implementations.

As the Senior Program Manager/Workstream Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including business leads and subject matter experts, data analysts, engineers, and multiple vendors to develop strategies, outline objectives, and execute plans to ensure the success of the Provider Data workstream. The client is most looking forward to the Workstream lead looking ahead in the project plan and preparing them with the necessary information, details and prep calls to be prepared for milestones and decision points.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing complex programs, particularly in the healthcare technology, specifically with Facets. You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Provider Data workstream within a larger program
  • Coordinate dependent activities impacting workstream
  • Prepare VCM for upcoming milestones and decision points
  • Serve as the point of escalation for workstream issue and risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives
  • Monitor and report on the progress of the workstream
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks that may impact the success of the workstream
  • Provide guidance and support to team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager or Workstream Lead
  • Prior experience working with the provider functions in Facets
  • Prior experience in managing complex programs, preferably in the healthcare or technology industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working with data management and provider data
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
