The Senior Project Management Advisor is a strategic advisor who spearheads efforts to elevate project management excellence across the organization. They provide thought leadership and direction in shaping project management strategies and initiatives. By partnering with key stakeholders, they drive transformative change and foster a culture of continuous improvement in project management practices.
What You’ll Do
- Define the strategic vision and roadmap for advancing project management capabilities across the organization
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools tailored to organizational needs
- Provide senior leadership and key stakeholders with executive-level guidance and support on project management best practices and trends
- Establish metrics and key performance indicators to measure and track the effectiveness of project management initiatives
- Mentor and develop project management Advisors, empowering them to deliver high-quality consultative services to internal clients
- Champion the adoption of project management standards and practices across all levels of the organization, driving alignment with strategic goals and objectives
- Lead organizational change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption and integration of new project management practices and technologies
- Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in project management forums, conferences, and industry associations
What We Expect from You
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in project management or consulting roles focusing on organizational transformation
- PMP or equivalent project management certification required
- Strong strategic planning and vision-setting skills
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels
- Proven track record of driving change and delivering results in complex, matrixed organizations
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, emerging trends, and best practices
- Experience in leading enterprise-wide project management initiatives and large-scale organizational transformations
- Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation Range for this role is $125,400- $169,600
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job-specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role
