As Public Affairs Manager for Germany and Europe (gn), you will play a key role at the intersection of politics, business, and society. You will strategically position the Bikeleasing Group, build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders, and ensure that our interests in Germany and Europe are represented early on, credibly, and effectively. In doing so, you’ll work closely with Communications, Marketing, and Management and have the opportunity to significantly shape and further develop Public Affairs at the Group level. If you understand political contexts, think strategically, and are eager to play an active role in shaping our direction, we look forward to meeting you!- You will assume overall strategic responsibility for Public Affairs in Germany at the group level, including issue prioritization, stakeholder management, and integrated action planning
For other European markets, you will develop independent Public Affairs strategies and implement them effectively
You will systematically monitor and evaluate political and regulatory developments in Germany and Europe and derive concrete courses of action from them
You will strategically manage external public affairs consultants and agencies at the national and international levels
You will represent the Bikeleasing Group in political committees, associations, and relevant industry networks, closely aligning PA activities with corporate, brand, and communication strategies
Your strengths
You have several years of experience in public affairs, government relations, political consulting, or a comparable role
You have previously worked in international or multinational public affairs structures
In addition to English proficiency at a minimum C1 level, you have a very good command of at least one other EU language (B2/C1)
A high degree of independence, political acumen, integrity, and strategic thinking are among your strengths
Ideally, you have experience and a robust network in the mobility or bicycle industry
